Four Venues in Nova Scotia to Host Large Public Gatherings
Published: August / 27 / 2020

Some encouraging news came for those of us in the event industry August 26th, 2020, when it was announced that  four venues – Centre 200, Scotiabank Centre, Riverside International Speedway and Scotia Speedworld would have the opportunity to host larger audiences.

These four facilities can now host multiple groups of 200 people for indoor events and 250 people for outdoor events. Each grouping must be kept separate in its own "bubble," have its own facilities and be separated from other groups. Physical distancing and masks are required.

Both Scotiabank Centre and Centre 200 have approved plans and will be implementing them for the first time when the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League opens its season the first of October.
